UPDATE: Currently waiting for an electrical engineer to come down and have a look. Unfortunately it's going to take 3 hours.

UPDATE: We have managed to get the shutters open after hours of trying. Unfortunately we still have to sort out the problem which is our electricity and I will let you know when we're back up and running!
